Our goal was to help Inertia to grow their audience, tell their story and demonstrate the value that they bring to their clients’ projects through the services, expertise and capabilities that their firm provides.
Whenever a business has great stories to tell it is important to ensure that the frameworks for story telling is in place. Working with the team we developed and implemented a series of strategies aligned to their key goals.
We worked with Inertia to develop their brand position, type and story and to articulate their values through their content.
In order to effectively communicate we developed a strategy for Inertia focused on content and channels. The goal was to raise the profile of the organisation, showcase their expertise and their talented team members.
As part of ongoing service we develop content and manage publication and monitoring across social media channels, website and newsletters.
Developing content and engaging an audience is important, but having processes in place to identify and nurture leads is critical. We worked with the team to develop a sales strategy, lead qualification scorecard and process to qualify and convert opportunities.
