what did we do
Our goal was to develop a communications framework that could be used within the Transport and Resources sector to help guide strategy and execution of best practice internal and external communications.
Through gaining a thorough understanding of the people, projects and culture of Arup, we developed a strategic communications framework that aligned with the goals and objectives of the organisation and was intrinsically linked to Arup’s values.
Armed with a tight 2 month deadline, we were engaged to develop and execute a communications strategy that would work for Arup’s Australasian Transport and Resources team and have the potential to be scaled across other sectors and locations as required.
Communications Framework
We developed a framweork that helps to guide every aspect of internal communications from stratetgy to evaluation.
Communications Manual
A communications manual was developed to enable communications professionals and wider team members to plan and execute strategic campaigns and reactive content.
Resource Mapping
We worked to identify the people, processes and resources required to deliver an ongoing and highly effective communications strategy,
Content Generation Support
Social Beast provided content support across numerous initiatives as part of our engagement.
